Fines can be enabled/disabled at any time by toggling this option on each Tutor Group. If the Fines Active check box is un-ticked, fines will not be generated for any Borrowers that belong to that Tutor Group (regardless of the restriction settings).

 

·Firstly, open the Tutor Groups table

 

·Find and highlight the tutor group record to update. Click Edit to open the record card

 

·Place a tick in the Fines Active checkbox

 

 

 

·Click Save to commit the changes to the Tutor Group

 

 

You can then repeat these steps for each Tutor Group that you want to activate or deactivate fines for.
