Viewing all Current Loans

This topic explains how to show resources that are currently on loan to the borrowers. From here they can be returned, renewed or Reminders can be manually generated.

·To view the full list of current loans within Management, click on the Current Loans icon from the tool bar on the left.

·The Current Loans table will appear.

By default the application ships with several predefined views to help manage the loans. Select the Views from the right menu to see the predefined collection. These are:

28+ Days Overdue - Shows resources that are 28 days or more overdue.

7+ Days Overdue - Shows resources that are 7 days or more overdue.

All records - Displays all current loans.

Current Loans - Displays all current loans.

Day Loans - Shows resources that are issued as a day loan.

Manual Loans - Displays resources that have been issued with a manually set date.

Normal Loans - Resources issued using the default loan period

Overdues - Shows resources that are overdue, excludes non-overdue loans.

Overnight Loans - Displays resources that have been issued as an overnight loan.

Renewals - Shows resources on loan that have been renewed.

Todays Loans - Resources that have been issued on the current date.

Todays Renewals - Shows the resources that have been renewed on the current date.
