What happens when specifying Print and email settings?

If the output options on a specific reminder are set to be printed and emailed then an email including the reminder will be sent to the nominated email address. For any borrowers who do not have an email address, the associated reminder will be generated as a PDF document instead.

If it is not appropriate to print the PDF reminder at the time, close the PDF window and exit the document. It is possible to print the reminder at a later date after locating it in the Output table. For more information about this click here.
