Searching for Linked and Unlinked Borrowers

When linking the borrowers with Active Directory using Directory Services, borrowers that could not be linked may be searched from the Borrowers table using Advanced Search. The details in this topic explain how to do this.

·Click on <Advanced Search> at the top right of the Borrowers table.

·Perform a search by selecting New under Boolean, Active Directory Linked under Field, Equal to under Operator and select False in the value field.

Note that to search for borrowers who are Active Directory linked, enter True into the Value box.

·Press ENTER on the keyboard or click Add to add the criteria to the search.

·Click Apply to view the list of users who are/are not linked.

It might then be a good idea to ask the Network Manager for a list of Windows Network Logon Names for the borrowers that could not be linked. Once these are obtained, borrowers can be manually linked.
