When would I use Flagging?

There may be numerous situations where it is desirable to select a set of resources that cannot be located by using a search. Advanced Search may help to reduce the list of resources and meet some of the desired criteria but flagging can be used to select any number of records that do not have anything in common.

Flagging can also be used after Advanced and Quick Search.
