Importing a ClickView File

In order to import the ClickView resources into the library software, you will first need to obtain a file containing links to the ClickView resources. Should you have a server with ClickView installed within your organisation, this file could be located at C:\Program Files\ClickView\ClickView Library\ClickViewDataFeed.xml.

If you are unable to locate the file you should contact ClickView support.

When you have obtained the ClickView data file, follow the instructions below.

·Access the Resources table using the icon on the left hand menu

·Access the Import menu from Tools / Import...

·Click the Upload File button

·Select Choose Files and upload your ClickView datafile

·When the file has been uploaded, select ClickView on the Import screen and then click Import to import the resources

After the ClickView resources have been imported, you will be able to see them in Management by selecting the ClickView page view.
