Reservations Colour Coding

Throughout the system, resources are colour coded to make it easy to visually identify what the current status of a record is.

When in Reservations table, the records will either show in black or green. The legend below explains the meaning of each colour.

Record Colour	Definition

Black	Shows that the item is reserved but not available
Green	Items that are green are reserved and available

It is not possible to modify this colour code. The system will automatically calculate the correct colour depending on whether an item is available or not.
