After opening the borrower account in Circulate, highlight the resource item from the Circulate table before clicking Renew.

 

 

In version 15.2, borrowers can now renew their own loans from their account when logged in, should this setting be enabled. You can find information about this setting in the topic Changing Restriction Settings.
