You can make adjustments to a label style using the label style editing window. An example of this interface is shown below:

 

 

 

 

 

When creating your own label style, use a ruler to find out each measurement. Use the key picture to help understand what it is you need to measure.

 

 

 

Descriptions of each setting you can alter can be found below. Every setting is in millimetres.

 

Measurement

Description

Label Width

The width of the label from the left edge to the right.

 

Label height

The distance between the top and bottom edges.

 

Vertical Pitch

The distance from the top edge of a label to the top edge of the next label underneath it.

 

Horizontal Pitch

The width between the left edge to the left edge of the next label.

 

Side Margin

The distance between the left edge of the label to the left edge of the paper.

 

Top Margin

The height between the top margin and the top of the paper.
