Globally Adding Keywords

You can use the Add Keywords function to globally add keywords to groups of records in one go. As the Add Keywords tool will add keywords to all resources that are shown on screen it is likely that you will want to filter the records first, using techniques such as Flagging, Quick Search or Advanced Search.

 

·Filter the records you can see on screen so that only the ones you wish to add keywords to are selected

 

·Click Tools / Add Keywords from the menu at the top of management

 

·The keyword Add Keywords box will show

 

 

 

·Enter a keyword you wish to add to the resources and click Add

 

·Repeat this process, adding the keywords you want to append

 

 

 

·Once you have your list of keywords you want to add, click Add Keywords and this will be applied to all records in the current selection

 

 

 

If you want to add keywords to a small selection of resources, use flagging, advanced search or quick search to filter them first.
