You can add notes to the calendar to make entries of things that you need to do.

 

·Open the Calendar from Tools / Calendar in Management

 

·From the drop down menu labelled "set", select Note 

 

·Click the day in the calendar that you wish to create a note on. The notes window will open

 

 

 

From here, you can create two types of notes. a Personal note or Public note. Personal notes are only shown to the user that is logged in. For instance, if you create a personal note as the administrator user then only the administrator will be able to see that note. If you create a Public note, any user that can access the calendar will see that entry

 

·Type in the details of the note and click OK to save it

 

·To indicate that there is a note on a particular day, an icon will show on the day the note is due
