The URL for the Eclipse.net Hosted website is based on the MLS User Number (sometimes referred to as the 'customer number' or 'account number'); please see examples below

1.1If the user number is 2447 the URL would be http://U002447.microlibrarian.net

1.2If the user number is 12 the URL would be http://U000012.microlibrarian.net

The User Number is always padded out to be 6 characters long, by using ‘0’s, prefixed by the letter ‘U’.

To access Management (the Librarian’s side of the system), simply enter the login credentials provided by MLS into the My Account box. Once logged in, click on Management.

Hosted does not have a default user name and password and will NOT be related to any credentials used previously in any other Eclipse.net / Eclipse2 software. Each site is allocated its own, unique login credentials which will be emailed to each MLS account holder. These credentials must be kept confidential.

If a user chooses to change their password, please encourage the use of a secure password; preferably consisting of both numbers and upper/lower case letters.
