Adjusting the Book of the Week Order

This topic explains how to adjust the order of the items in the Book of the Week list. This can be useful if you would like to prioritise the order the Books of the Week will show in over the following weeks. In addition to adjusting the order, it may be desirable to force a popular book as the Book of the Week. This topic does not discuss how to do this but for instructions see the topic Forcing a New Book of the Week.

·Open the Book of the Week interface from Management.

The books showing under the Future Books of the Week area are the ones next in line to become book of the week. In the example below, the book Dummy Hand is next in line to be Book of the Week, following that, The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

·To re-arrange the order so that The Very Hungry Caterpillar becomes the next Book of the Week, click the item so it is highlighted.

·Click the up arrow on the right and the book is moved up the list.

·Books can be moved down the list using the down arrow .
