What if the email address is wrong or missing?

Should a reminder be sent by email to a borrower with an invalid email address, the system will automatically send the reminder to the email address entered in the SMTP e-mail Address field, from the Settings tab in Settings / General.

It is recommended to use the default email address ([email protected]) in the SMTP e-mail Address field because this is where the emails are actually being sent from. Some spam filters will block the incoming emails otherwise.
