Setting the Layout in a view

The Layout tab is where the fields are chosen to appear in the view. For example, if a view to display only DVD's has been created then it may be desirable to add the Director and Composer fields to the Display Fields whereas these fields may not be applicable to book-only view.

From the Layout tab, the settings for the columns can also be changed. Simply highlight the field under the Display Fields tab and then choose the settings desired from the Column Settings area.
