The Row Template allows the user to view a preview of parts of the record in the grid. The image below shows an example of the row preview:

 

 

 

Notice that when a row is clicked, it expands to show the cover of the book, the location and the summary.

 

·To define what shows in the preview, when editing a page view select the Row Template tab.

 

·The fields that display in the row preview are shown under the Display Fields area. To add a field to the display fields, select one from under Available Fields and use the right arrow to move it to the Display Fields.

 

 

 

·Should you want the photograph to also show in the preview, check the Show Photograph box.

 

 

·Click Save to keep the changes.

 

 

 

If it is preferred not use a Row Template, simply remove all columns from Display Fields, un-check Show Photograph and save the view.
