This topic demonstrates how to configure the import of the Accelerated Reader (AR) quiz list, which is used to match any resources in your catalogue that have an AR quiz. When this is complete, it means that the borrowers are able to view the quiz data from the home page of the library system.

 

The steps below show how to set this up.

 

·Access the Schedule from the Tools menu on the right within Management.

 

 

 

·A list of tasks available in the system will display. To Schedule the AR Quiz List task, locate it in the list and click the clock icon .

 

 

 

·Fill in the setting in the box that opens. To schedule the task to run regularly, enter a Start Date, Start Time, Frequency, Last Run and Next Run.

 

 

 

·Click OK to save the changes.

 

·Click the green 'Run Now' icon  to run the task immediately.

 

 

 

·Once the task has run the books that have an available quiz can be located through Management and on the home page. For more information, see the topic entitled Locating Resources with an AR Quiz.
