Flag by Mouse

This section covers how to use flagging by mouse.

·Firstly, click the appropriate table (e.g. Resources, Current Loans etc.) and click Flag by Mouse on the right menu.

·Click on each record as desired. As this is done, the record will become highlighted and the flag icon will become red. To deselect a record, simply click on it again and the flag icon will return to its initial state.

·After all desired records have been flagged, right-click on any highlighted record and choose Show Flagged Only from the context menu that appears.

Alternatively, click Show Flagged Only from under Tools on the right.

·The table will refresh to show only the records that were flagged at the earlier step.

In some cases it may then be necessary to perform an action applicable to all the flagged items after they have been selected. For example, it may be necessary to delete these records or return them after they have been selected without doing so one by one. If this is the case continue reading this topic.

·Click Flag by Mouse on the right menu

·Right click anywhere on the grid and click Flag All

·All the records in the grid will now be highlighted and they can be deleted/returned etc. in one go.
