Label Print will generate labels for all records/results that are present in the current table (limited to Resources, Borrowers and Tutor Groups). Normally you will want to print labels for a filtered selection, in which case you should firstly ensure these records are the only ones on screen.

You can use Quick Search, Advanced Search or Flagging to filter the records

·Open the table you wish to generate labels from (e.g. Borrowers, Resources or Tutor Groups)

·Click Modules / Labels... / Label Print... from the top menu or click the Label Print... shortcut on the right menu

·The Label Print box will show on screen

·The label templates that show will vary depending on what table you have accessed Label Print from. For more information about creating new templates, see the topic Creating and Editing Label Templates

·Select the style you wish to print on to from the Style drop down menu

·Choose the template from the available list. If none display for the label style that you have selected, you may need to create your own

·Once you have selected the style and template click Run

·The Print Labels box will appear. For more information about these options see the topic Starting Labels on a Row/Column

·The labels are generated as a PDF so they will show on screen in your PDF viewer. An example of this is below

·Using the controls in your PDF viewer, you are able to print or save a copy of the labels. Note that if you are printing the labels it is likely you will need to ensure that your printing software does not alter the size/scaling of the labels.
