There are several different ways to view and select data in the library system and these are described in depth throughout this section. Select the appropriate section from the links below or using the menu on the left.

 

The Exporting Data section describes how to export the data into a different format.

 

The Flagging section gives information on how to select more than one record making it possible to view, delete and print a selection of items all at the same time.

 

The Page Views section demonstrates how it is possible to store sets of records that are repeatedly needed.

 

The Printing Data section gives information on how to print out the data from any of the tables.

 

Use quick search and Advanced Search to look for data in your system.

 

The Sorting Data section explains how to sort the data on fields within any of the tables (Resources, Borrowers and Current Loans for example) into ascending or descending order.
